While many of us no doubt attempted to introduce — and stick to! — healthy habits this year, January has just somehow already slipped away from us. Don’t worry though, it’s never too late to introduce clean switches into your everyday routine, especially when it comes to diet (it’s all about balance, remember!). And as we know, having a healthy body starts from the inside out, so introducing changes that are going to support a happy and healthy inside is where to start.
One way we plan to do so? Immune-boosting juice recipes. They’re delicious, nutrient-packed and a great accompaniment to other supporting factors, like getting enough sleep and adding in some extra vitamins and minerals to the equation.

Here’s one of our favourite recipes.
- 2 cups raw spinach, washed
- 2 oranges, peeled and cut into quarters
- 3 stalks of celery, washed and cut into 1-2 cm pieces
- 1-inch piece of ginger root (washed)
The directions are simple, just place all your produce down the chute and serve with ice!
